Construction on this 200 room hotel began in August of 2013, and opened a mere 14 months later in November of 2014. Moncur Design Associates Inc. was selected out of a group of 10 North American Hospitality Designers to design and document this prestigious ‘new build’ property. Located next to the new Jekyll Island Conference Center, this property has a limited amount of meeting and function space. The Public Spaces include the Main Lobby and Promenade, the Front Desk Area, the Haven Living Space, a 45 seat Lobby Bar, a 140 seat All Day Restaurant, an exterior courtyard seating another 100 patrons and an observation bar with 60 seats. In addition, the property has an Indoor and an Exterior Pool, Fitness Center, and Spa.
