In the centre of St. John's business district, the Sheraton Newfoundland Hotel is a property with beautiful views of the local landscape including Signal Hill and the harbour. Moncur Design Associates Inc. approached the renovation of the hotel with the purpose of designing the spaces to be just as grand as the scenery. Both the Oppidan restaurant and Bivver lounge highlight the use of unique textures, colours and materials to create bold design statements that reference the local St. John's area.
