Located on the edge of the Niagara River, this property was designed to pay homage to the scenic Niagara Falls that can be seen from the property. The hotel was designed in a contemporary fashion and utilized colours, shapes and imagery that references the strong presence of flowing water at this site. Moncur Design Associates Inc. was responsible for the design and documentation of the Guest Tower and Public Areas.
