Moncur Design Associates Inc. was responsible for the design and documentation work required to complete the renovation of the Guest Tower, including 412 keys, 10 of which are Hospitality, Deluxe and Presidential Suites. This was the first installation of Westin’s Gen 4 Guestroom, and Moncur Design Associates Inc. was tasked with designing the three suite types to compliment the new Guestroom Standard Design. The Club Lounge was also included in the Guest Tower renovation. This was an all-encompassing renovation including the addition of a third Guestroom bay. Subsequent to the Guest Tower renovation Moncur Design Associates Inc. was awarded the redesign of the Main Lobby, Prefunction, Ballroom and Meeting Spaces. Also completed was a new Grab & Go Cafe concept that Moncur Design Associates Inc. developed for this property.
