Moncur Design Associates Inc. designed, documented, and administered Casino Rama Hotel when it was originally built. We designed and documented carpets for all areas of the Gaming Floor. Moncur Design Associates Inc. also completed the redesign of all the Guestrooms and Suites. Most recently we were prime consultant for the renovation of the Buffet Restaurant, Couchiching. As Prime Consultant we were responsible for putting together the consulting team, working with the Food and Beverage Manager, as well as the operations team, to complete this 24-hour venue in a minimal amount of time. Moncur Design Associates Inc. managed the process and the buffet restaurant reopened on schedule and on budget.
