CASA LOMA RESIDENCE

Toronto, ON, Canada

The top floor Condo was created from two units bought preconstruction. The units were a two Bedroom plus Den and the second a One Bedroom plus Den. The result is a three Bedroom, three Bathroom 2000 square foot living space with two large balconies on the Main Level and a 1000 square foot Terrace on the Rooftop. For this large Condo to feel even more spacious, almost all the major furniture elements were re-imagined as custom built in millwork. Wood wall panelling in the Main Entry opens to reveal 8 full height closets/cabinets. One wall in the Master Bedroom is fitted out with full height wall to wall closets, cabinets, and drawer units. The kitchen includes a large island, Pantry cupboards and even the Laundry Room is concealed behind a millwork cabinet under the stairs to the Terrace. Belgium Oak Herringbone floors combine with French Limestone slabs to finish the floors. Maya Romanoff, Schumacher, and Designer Guild wallcoverings adorn the walls. The windows were custom fabricated in Matte Black to frame the Casa Loma view enjoyed from every room and space in the home.
